Abhilash Purushothaman

Managing Director, Cisco AppDynamics for India & SAARC Region

Abhilash has more than two decades of diversified experience in the software industry. Before joining Cisco AppDynamics, he was serving as Vice President for DevOps businesses in across Asia Pacific & Japan at CA Technologies. He has a wide range of consistent track records of anticipating customer / market needs across varied industry vertical markets, creating customer and partner advocacy as well as a strong command of the IT technology spectrum including Enterprise Software, Network / DC Infrastructure, Application Lifecycle, Agile, DevSecOps, Automation, APIs and Microservices, Cloud / SaaS Models, Enterprise / Telecom Networking, Outsourcing and Managed services. He holds multiple patents from US PTO and a business degree from National University of Singapore. 

Soham Banerjee

Asia Pre-Sales Manager, Cisco AppDynamics

Soham leads technical sales for India, ASEAN, HK and South Korea for AppDynamics. He was worked for the last 16 years in system integrators, banks and enterprise software companies in India, Singapore, USA, Switzerland, UK and UAE. For the last decade, he has consulted with and designed solutions which impact Fortune 500 enterprises across the world, with a focus on the Asia geography. He holds an MBA from SP Jain Center of Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. 

Sankarson Banerjee

Chief Information Officer, RBL Bank

Sankarson Banerjee is the Chief Information Officer at RBL Bank. He is an accomplished technology professional with over 23 years of multi-faceted experiences in the industry.

In his current role at RBL Bank, Sankarson is responsible for Information Technology, optimizing legacy IT Systems, identifying and adopting innovation and enabling digital transformation of the Bank.

Prior to joining RBL Bank, Sankarson was Chief Technology Officer at the National Stock Exchange. He has worked in both sides of the divide i.e. IT companies like IBM, MPhasis & Accenture - wherein he lead their Technology, Cloud & Mobility practices for India and user organizations like Future Group & IIFL. He has also been part of a venture capital firm helping review technology investments.

Sankarson is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur & IIM Calcutta.

Maneesh Jhawar

Founder & CEO, QualityKiosk Technologies

Maneesh started QualityKiosk Technologies in the year 2000, to provide quality engineering services for software applications to Industry Leading Organisations.

His constant emphasis and personal commitment towards governance, best-in-class business practices and constant innovation is the foundation that has helped QualityKiosk establish superior credentials with clients consistently.

In his career of 28 years, his customer centric attitude is based on the philosophy of treating customer’s business challenges as his own which inspires each of his employees to work towards business outcomes for clients. Under his leadership, QualityKiosk is now pioneering the use of futuristic technologies such as robotic automation and artificial intelligence to deliver digital quality engineering solutions to global customers.

Maneesh started his career with Procter and Gamble in 1990 where his achievements included setting up of a Toothpaste Manufacturing Facility for Exports in record time.  A B. Tech from IIT Kanpur, Maneesh has also completed a program on “Transforming Professional Services Companies” from Harvard Business School. Maneesh enjoys reading books and has a collection of 1000+ classics. He is the President of MPM Trust which runs one of the largest community centres in Navi Mumbai and was recently awarded Times Power Men of the Year, 2018.
