Linda Tong

General Manager, AppDynamics

Linda Tong is General Manager of AppDynamics. Linda joined AppDynamics in 2017 as Vice President of Innovation Labs & Product Experience, before being promoted to Chief Product Officer to focus on driving the company’s product vision and strategy. In her current role as GM, Linda leads all aspects of AppDynamics’ business as part of Cisco. Prior to AppDynamics, Linda held positions at the NFL and Google, and was a founding member of Tapjoy and Nextbit. Linda holds a B.S. degree from Yale University, and currently resides in Northern California.

Ruth Lehane

Director Customer Success UKI & North, AppDynamics

Ruth Lehane leads Customer Success for UK, Ireland and Northern Europe at AppDynamics. Ruth began her career as a technical consultant, which gave her the opportunity to discover the Application Performance Monitoring software industry. She started at AppDynamics as a Customer Success Manager. In less than 18 months, she was promoted to Head of Customer Success for UK & Ireland and then to Director of Customer Success for UKI & Northern Europe, leading a mix of technical and non-technical roles.

Silvia Rodriguez

Sales Engineer, AppDynamics

Silvia Rodriguez is a successful Sales Engineer at AppDynamics, based in the UK but originally from Madrid, Spain. Silvia graduated with a high first as an Electronic and Electrical Engineer at UCL in 2019 and joined Cisco as a Technical Sales intern before getting a full time position at Cisco headquarters in Silicon Valley. Silvia joined AppDynamics in August 2019 and in her first year she closed $2.6M, leading key commercial and enterprise customer accounts. Silvia leads weekly enablement sessions to Sales Engineers in EMEAR and forms part of Cisco’s top 1% leadership program to become the next generation of leaders.

Dan Kowalski

Global VP Sales Engineering, AppDynamics

Dan Kowalski is the Worldwide VP of Sales Engineering for AppDynamics, a Cisco company. Dan began his career as a C++ software developer and evolved into a sales engineering leader for several successful technology start-ups. Since joining AppDynamics in 2013, Dan has carried several leadership roles, focused on hiring, mentoring, and retaining a highly technical team that effectively leverages technology to transform AppDynamics’ customers' businesses. 

Gizem Askin

Customer Success Manager, AppDynamics

Armed with a degree in Finance from Clemson University, Gizem Askin spent the next decade of her career working in banking and financial services. Having seen first hand the impact of disruption technology brings to industries, she joined AppDynamics in February 2019. She’s now a part of the Customer Success team, a post sales role, partnering with customers to deliver value, knowledge and help achieve their business objectives through the use of AppDynamics.
