You are invited to join an exclusive Product Advisory Council (PAC) session with the AppDynamics Product Team to discuss and explore the new Home page and AppD curated info view. This session aims to deep dive into your user experience and expectations for AppDynamics products and solutions during the early discovery and definition phases of our innovation.

We hope you will join us to learn more about this topic and to provide your input on our Product Roadmap so we design future offerings with your needs in mind. This will be a highly interactive session among a small number of your industry peers , designers, user researchers, and product managers.

Topic:

AppD is reinventing the product experience to make it easier for you to troubleshoot. We want to improve our home page, our out-of-the-box dashboards, and custom dashboards to better serve your needs. 

During the session, we’d like to learn more from you about:

What use cases do you expect to be addressed on the home page?
How do our out-of-the-box dashboards address your use cases?
How would you use custom dashboards, in addition to our out-of-the-box dashboards?

If this topic is relevant to your work and you are able to answer the questions above, we hope you will join us.  You are welcome to bring additional colleagues that can provide additional insights on these topics. Please have them register separately.

Participants: 

We are seeking customers who are:

Hands-on-practitioners with roles such as DevOps, Cloud Architects and CloudOps/SREs who are able to speak to monitoring and troubleshooting features critical to your operations.

Note: this session is not relevant for IT admins whose focus is primarily on identity and access management, and license management (reporting and APIs); as these topics will not be covered in this PAC session. 

Reminder: this conversation is focused on SaaS exclusively. 


Virtual Session Logistics:

This 2-hour session will be entirely virtual using WebEx Meetings. Because this is a highly interactive session, please make sure you:

(1) Have a webcam and microphone on your computer or phone.

(2) Join the meeting on time.
